March 2010 Middle School Tournament Topics*

K-12 students should be required to attend school year round.

Genetically modified food should be banned in the USA.

February 2010 Topics
The US should immediately grant legal status to all illegal immigrants currently residing in the US.
Automatic traffic cameras should NOT be used.

December 2009 Topics
President Obama should not have won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize.
All students should be required to get the H1N1 vaccine.

October 2009 Topics
Middle School students should be allowed utilize cell phones in school.
The name of the Washington Redskins should be changed.
Physician assisted suicide should be legalized in the US.
Dictators should not be allowed to address the United Nations General Assembly.

September 2009 Middle School Topics
The US should withdraw from Afghanistan by December 31, 2009.
Chris Brown’s sentence was just.
Torture is justified in defense of national security.
